puerto portals, mallorca: flanigan's

Puerto Portals, the marina for the discriminating Mediterranean yacht owner, is perhaps an odd place to dine at restaurant as Irish-sounding as Flanigan's.  But, we had it on good authority that Flanigan's has some of the best gazpacho on the island.  The soup did not disappoint, neither did the accompanying tapas we ordered.  We ate at the bar overlooking the yacht-filled docks and stuck with the classics: thin-sliced jamón ibérico, perfectly smoky pimientos de padrón, tortilla, grilled pulpo and heavenly pulpitos fritas.
